Citizens should observe, analyze, discuss and report. The ISCC unites concerned citizens, citizen bloggers, reporters, photographers, videographers and broadcasters. It provides them with a community in which to share their needs, and visions. The ISCC in four steps:
This is what unites us. We witness war and crime. We face discrimination and domestic violence. We confront disease. And when we see injustice, we want to discuss it and share it with others. We also see good things. We see solutions and acts of courage. We know people who care for people with AIDS or the disabled. Our own lives are also a rich source of knowledge. Our experience can help others. We believe that these stories need to be told. By joining the ISCC, you confirm your hope that your views, reports or images will make all of us better people and the world a better place.
